Refund and Returns Policy

At SamSungWater, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The order number and reason for return must be provided.

  • Tags and protective seals must be intact.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us by emailing contact@samsungwater.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective products, we cover return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided.

  • For returns due to personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping. A trackable shipping method is recommended.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund.

  • If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days, contact us at contact@samsungwater.com.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations

  • If we cancel your order due to stock or processing issues, a full refund will be issued immediately.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective item.

  • We will resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.
