At SamSungWater, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The order number and reason for return must be provided.

Tags and protective seals must be intact.

Opened or used products are not eligible unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs

For defective products, we cover return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided.

For returns due to personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping. A trackable shipping method is recommended.

We do not charge restocking fees.
4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
